How can I add a product to my shopping cart?
You can choose the size, the quantity and the available colours of the product selected from the online chart. Then you can click “Add to Cart”.
Shall I create an account to buy?
Registration is required by submitting the purchase order, however it is not mandatory. You can decide whether or not to register, submitting your order without registration: you are only asked to provide information for administrative and tax requirements, as well as for the shipment of the chosen products.
How can I pay?
You can pay by Paypal, Visa credit card, Mastercard and Postepay on our website. You can choose the payment option you prefer once you enter the Paypal screen. We have chosen Paypal payment platform as it represents the most important European and worldwide operator, as well as to ensure maximum reliability and safety during your online transactions.
Your purchases by credit card are safe because your card information are managed exclusively by the circuit protected Paypal.
My card was declined. Why?
If your card is declined, the reason might be one of the following ones:
• the data requested for the payment do not coincide with those of your card;
• you have not enable your safety code (some credit cards, in fact, require a further safety code provided by the bank to use for payment confirmation);
• you exceeded the limit imposed by your card or your credit limit for that period;
• your card is expired;
• if you think the reason is another one, please contact the provider of your card.
Where can I check the status of my orders?
If you register by submitting your purchase order, you can enter your personal area by using the same username and password of your registration. In case you did not register, please contact our customer care or fill our contact form.
Can I make an online purchase for a friend who lives in another country?
You can set up a different shipping address. In this case, shipping costs are those of the destination country.
Can I pay using discount codes?
You can pay with valid discount codes or vouchers provided by us. If you have a discount code or a voucher, please enter it in the screen of the summary of your order, and the amount will update automatically.
Do the prices on the website include VAT?
Yes, the prices on the online shop include VAT where applicable.

What are shipping costs?
Shipping costs can vary according to the destination country indicated on your order and the quantity of your purchase.
Can I delete or return my purchase order?
Your order can be deleted until our store does not start the shipping procedure. Should it be already processed, you can return your order within 14 working days starting from the day you receive it.
Your right of withdrawal can be communicated within the time indicated above via email.
Users are entirely responsible for any shipping costs due to returns. To use the right of withdrawal, items must be returned intact and in perfect condition, in their original packaging (sealed with adhesive tape for shipments) and addressed to: ____________
The refund of the purchase price of returned items will be credited to the Paypal account of the User within 30 days from the arrival of the returns. If returned items have been used or are incomplete, worn, damaged or dirty due to Users’ fault, they will be not refunded, and in no case shall their original list cost be credited.

If you register, you can enter your personal areausing the username and password of your registration.

Each item is accompanied by a photo, a description and a price that may vary according to the destination country. Inside each online shop section, you can select your favorite items, indicate the quantity and input them in your virtual shopping cart.
You can add, delete or confirm all choices made until that moment.
The purchase order is considered valid by UAKKO S.r.l. only once you receive our confirmation email.
2. Product availability and sale price
Each item has a unite sale price in euros, VAT included, shipping costs excluded.
Shipping costs may vary according to the kind of shipment type and items’ quantity, volume, weight and destination. This information will be indicated during the purchase procedure as well as in our purchase confirmation email.
All online shop items are available in our store. In case of delivery delays or unavailability, even temporary, of one or more items, clients will be immediately informed by email.
3. Import taxes and customs duties
If items are sold and delivered in Italy or in other countries of the European Community, they are not subject to import taxes or customs duties.
If items are sold and delivered in countries outside the European Community, they can be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties according to the product type and its destination. It is not possible to predict if customs clearance charges may be applied and their relative amount.
